SHIPPING & RETURNS

JK'S SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

At JK’s World of Golf we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return or an exchange

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Your item must be in the original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase if bought instore

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange

 

Defective or Damaged Items

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged

  • We will be responsible for the shipping if you have a damaged or faulty item

  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us

 

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and any subsequent shipping cost incurred by JK's World of Golf, if you have changed your mind or the size is wrong

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
