We ship all orders free within New Zealand using Fastway Couriers.
Your payment is secure we use DPS: Payment Express (The same as Trade Me) we accept Visa and Mastercard
Also we now accept bank transfers, at the check out please choose this option, our system will give you our bank details, please use your name and order number as a reference (you will get an email with your order number) we will send you order once the payment has cleared into our account.
JKs Online ships all orders that are in stock out the same day or following day of purchase, orders will be delivered 1-3 days in the North Island 2-3 days to the South Island. If you have to have your order my a certain date please email us at online@jksworldofgolf.co.nz
We will send you an email and a tracking number to say your product has been shipped; we use Fastway Couriers who are very reliable, if you order has not be delivered within a reasonable time frame, please track your parcel through Fastway or get in touch with us contact details are above.
Standard items such as golf balls, bags, trundlers, package sets, golf accessories will be in stock at all times, unless stated on the website.
Because of the nature of golf clubs and the number of variables in shaft flexes, lofts etc, it is not possible to carry everything in stock, if we don’t have a product in stock, we will need to order in from our suppliers, this can take from a day to a week depending on the supplier. If we need to get the product in we will notify you as soon as we can and give you an estimated time of delivery, if this ETA is not acceptable to you, we will issue a refund. If you are unsure if a product is in stock, please email or call us before you purchase the product and we will be able to give you a more accurate delivery estimation.
Returns/ refund policy: please notify us within 7 days of delivery if you are unhappy or would like a refund of you purchase. Please return goods to us unused at buyers expense to: JKS World of Golf, 3 Newton St, Mt Maunganui 3116 and we will happily refund your money. We cannot do a full refund on products that have been used, we do want to make sure you are pleased with your purchase and will be happy to negotiate a part refund or trade towards another product; this will be done on a case by case basis.
